Nancy Sun is a finance director of KPCB China.  She possesses over ten years' experience in auditing, financial due diligence and tax planning.  She is responsible for daily financial functions on fund operation and monitoring portfolio companies, as well as conducting financial due diligence on potential investment targets.

Prior to venture capital, Nancy worked at Cast Consulting and KPMG Shanghai, where she was in charge of financial due diligence in numerous M&A deals, assisting her clients to improve their reporting systems and optimizing their internal controls, providing PRC tax advisory and helping her clients to design their business scheme to minimize their taxation expenses. 

Nancy received her Bachelor Degree in Foreign Language Literature from Fudan University in China.
