Natalie joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 2016, where she focuses on recruiting and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and executives. Natalie is a key liaison between Kleiner Perkins and the KPCB Fellows Program, helping form strategic partnerships among our partners, executives, and young talent. She is passionate about building a lasting community with more than 300 KPCB existing and Alumni Fellows.
Before joining KPCB, Natalie was a strategic account manager at Bloomberg LP, where she was responsible for driving sales and growth across corporate treasury teams including Google, Apple, and Symantec. Before that, she was a student at UC Berkeley, where she served as Vice President of Academic Affairs. She taught two student-run courses: a public speaking course, and a course dedicated to research and envisioning the future of the UC Berkeley libraries.
Natalie received her B.A. degree in Organizational Behavior and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley. She’s also an active board member for Girls in Tech, a non-profit focused on educating and empowering girls and women passionate about technology.
As a California native, Natalie enjoys cooking whatever flavors are in season, and exploring the outdoors. Outside of work, you can find her biking, running, hiking, and playing soccer.
