William Wnekowicz

William Wnekowicz joined Kleiner Perkins in 2016 and serves as Principal Engineer leading the engineering and data teams to build internal tools to support sourcing, deal analysis, and portfolio management.

Previously, he co-founded Debatepedia.org, a non-profit project under the International Debate Education Association, ran a small web development firm, and worked on campaigner tools as a Software Engineer for Indiegogo.

William holds a B.S. from Georgetown University where he studied Management and Operations & Information Management.

He’s an avid maker with interests in cryptocurrency, neurotech, software, data, electronics and more. He holds a FAA Private Pilot certificate with over 100 hours of flight time in single-engine aircraft.
